The space
The Dam Overlook is spaciously arranged with 10 adult queen beds, 5 bedrooms, two large family rooms with five leather sofas, tables & smart TVs, multiple desks, Xfinity Wi-Fi, a game room, laundry room with full washer and dryer.

Perfect for wedding groups, bachelor & bachelorette weekends.

Multiple families can stay together, while enjoying privacy to lounge, sleep, soak, dine, work, play, or enjoy a Netflix marathon. The ground level downstairs is like a mother in law unit with a living room/dining room, two bedrooms, game room and kitchenette (mini fridge/coffee/microwave), laundry room and does not require stairs. The upstairs has the main living room, full kitchen, dining room and three bedrooms.

Our parking lot is large, flat and easy to access over the private bridge. There is no need to worry about steep icy driveways. Plenty of parking for at least six vehicles.

If you need additional space for more people - please let us know. We have additional properties in Evergreen.
Guest access
Our guest will have access with a unique code provided directly prior to arrival. This code will be active throughout the stay duration. There is ample parking on our private parking lot.

Neighborhood overview
The Dam Overlook is conveniently located in the heart of Evergreen and beautifully set between the base of the mountain and Cub Creek. You will have a beautiful meadow and creek for your enjoyment, or stroll to Evergreen Lake or historic downtown in less than a 5-minute walk.

The Evergreen lake area is a popular site in the summer for kayaking, SUP, fishing, birding and golfing! Or, explore our hundreds of miles of hiking, biking, walking trails. In the winter, you will find ice skating, ice fishing, ice hockey, skiing , sledding, and tubing!

Historic downtown Evergreen has a full range of restaurants, entertainment and shopping only a short walk from the house. Live music is regularly provided at Cactus Jack's Saloon and the Little Bear Saloon. Pubs and wineries include Murphey Mountain Grill, Revival Brews, Creekside Cellars, Bait Shack, and Lariat Lodge.
Getting around
You will have private parking on the property. Avoid the crowded parking in town or on the lake...you are already right there!
